Happy Monday everyone!! I thought I would start off today with a weekend recap. I will hopefully be back on Tuesday with the reveal of the project that I worked on with my sweet neighbor George. Fingers crossed. This weekend was a fun and busy Fall weekend. Saturday morning Noah had a soccer game and we all went to cheer him on. After that, we came home and began spray painting the crib for baby Oliver's nursery (my sis is pregnant with a little boy named Oliver and is due mid February). She is using the crib that I used for both Noah and Hayden. It is a white Jenny Lind style crib and it is now going to be a fab shade of gray. Josh hung it from the tree so we could paint it. Ha ha, it looks so funny).
Here I am doing all the hard work. Ok, I know my sis is pregnant so this time, I'll take the lead :)
We're only half done and will finish up today. Sneaky peak??
It is going to look Sooooooo good, I can't wait!
After I showered and tried to scrub off all the gray over-spray, we headed out for our annual trip to the pumpkin patch. We always have a GREAT time at the pumpkin patch and this year was no exception. I first want to show you some fun photos from the last few years:
2007:
2008:
2009:
2010:
And now this year, 2011:
Hayden even got in on the action this year ;)
The ghost pictures will mainly be our thing with Noah, and Hayden will get a pic with a giant pumpkin each year.

And this year 2011:
Umm....
well.......
Ha ha, this may not work out after all. Silly girl!
Sunday was "shower" mania. Lisa and I first went to shower our beautiful friend Ashley that is getting married in Hawaii in January. It was a BEAUTIFUL shower at a gorgeous restaurant in Laguna Beach (unfortunately I don't have any pictures). After we were at Ashely's shower for a bit, we rushed off to our beautiful friend Lindsay's baby shower. She is having a baby girl this December and we are so excited. Here's a pic of the girls :)
From left to right: Tiffany, Kelly, Kristin, Lindsay, Myself, Lisa, & a close friend of Lindsay's whose name I can't remember..oops. As you can see in this photo, I was the only one wearing flats at the party. ha ha! I look SO short! It was a GREAT day!!
So, that's it for now. I hope you all have a happy Monday!

ReplyDeleteOh man, he is getting SO BIG - I love all the pictures, they're so cute - I love that we can watch him grow. I still remember the first shot - I was thinking what a cutie, he looks so big already, but now looking back he looks so tiny! keep going with those shots every year, they're perfect!
