This weekend

Happy Monday everyone! We had a busy busy weekend over here which didn't leave much time for me to work on my many projects. But, we did have some great family fun and those are not moments that I take for granted. DIY can wait....always!!! Noah had his 5th b-day party at Chuck E. Cheese's and we had a blast! Believe it or not, I actually really like their pizza, and the local Chuck E. Cheese's is very clean and wasn't super crowded.

We also attended our sweet friend Zoie's 2nd b-day party which was a circus theme. We were supposed to wear our best circus attire. Not having too many "circus themed" clothes in our wardrobe, Hayden wore a mis-matched combo of fun girlyness :)

They even had an awesome photo booth with props at the party and Noah got all dressed up. Too cute!! You can see in the background the book page medallions that spelled out "Cirque du Zoie." I gave my friend a tutorial on book page medallions, pom poms, and We scoured our local flea market for some fun vintage circus decor. The party was adorable and I was happy to help make it fancy :)

Lastly, I packaged up my custom pom-poms and shipped them out to their new home. I love experimenting with making the jars fancy. Here's a peek for you :)

That's all I have to share at the moment but I'll be back soon with more. Bye for now :)

  5. What?! So big red squeaky shoes are not a normal part of your wardrobe? ;-) Looks like it was lots of fun! What a cute idea for a birthday party.
And my parents took my sister and I to chuck e cheese when we were little and afterwards she said "never again!" I just remember her talking about having the worst headache..haha! And I haven't been back since!
